03.04. Pardubice airport is used by Russian monitoring AN-30B during the flights from the Kubinka airbase to all west European countries as a parts of the Open Skies program.
Some aircrafts from the 24.Zdl dislocated from Prague - Kbely airport due to reconstruction. In sume there were 18 aircrafts (L410, YAK-40, CL-601, AN-26 and A319CJ) transfered to Pardubice airport.
